Paper Flowers

I have been wanting to make some paper flowers for about 6 months now... but being a "digital scrapbooker," I didn't really have many physical scrapbook products to work with.  I finally decided it was worth a try anyway. Me and my mom, Katie, spent the afternoon making Paper Flowers... I loved how they turned out! :)

Party Fun

My daughter had such a fun birthday going to Little Chefz! They made it such a special party for her and it was nice for me to just be able to enjoy it without all the stress and worry of hosting.

She was so excited to open her iPod. She already had a hint she was getting one, so we wrapped it in a huge box, then a shirt box, then the iPod box.  At first, she wasn't suspecting it was an iPod... but by the time she got to the little present... she knew. :) The look on her face is priceless. :)

Anyway, I just wanted to share this cute collage of her and her birthday party! ;)

Turning 7!

My baby girl is turning 7 on Saturday! I can't even believe it! Time is going by so fast. 
Let me tell you something about this girl... she is amazing!  She is so kind hearted and sweet. 
Yesterday I went to Target and picked up some mailboxes for each child. When I got home I told my kids about Valentines Day and how this is a time to tell each other how much we love each other.
Brooklyn immediately got her notebook and made Valentines for her two brothers and put them in their mailbox.  It made her so happy to see Kason open his mailbox and get his Valentine. :)  She is such a sweetie! :)
