Grandma Nye's Best Recipe

I just wanted to share my Grandma Nye's best Belgium Waffle Recipe. It's not like any waffle or Belgium Waffle you've ever had, it is sweet like a dessert.
I want to tell you alittle about my awesome grandma. She grew up in Belgium and moved to the states when she got married to my grandpa, they decided to move back to my grandpa's farm town Malta, ID were they made that their permanent home. She was a very strong women that has been a great example to so many people. Her and her family had to go through the war while in Belgium were they hide a US soldier so he would be safe, it was very risky for her but they knew he had a family and wanted to make sure he would return home to them. Also, she survived breast cancer while in her early 60's. She had to go through chemo and ended up getting one breast removed and thought they got it all . But June of 2010 she fell in her home and broke her leg and while in surgery they found bone cancer all throughout her body. And passed away August 2010. She was a great grandma and a great person.
